President
Chuck Baker
As the president of PowerPro360, Chuck leads a talented team of individuals in helping organizations maximize electric power system reliability. Chuck entered the world of substation and power system maintenance more than 40 years ago and has spent most of his career on the operations side of power and distribution system maintenance and developing power system maintenance programs.
Program Manager and Lead Instructor
Aris Peña, CRL
Beginning his career as an International Business Development Representative, Aris has over 15 years of experience with power transformers. In addition to instructing, he plays an integral part in the technical development and design of all PowerPro360 training curricula. He is an active member of IEEE, ASTM, CIGRE, SMRP, and the Association of Asset Management Professionals and is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).
Project Engineer
Nathan Maggelet
Nathan has a Masters’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and has professional experience in manufacturing, power generation, healthcare management, and asset management. He manages the AssetPro Product for PowerPro 360 and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for improving their power system maintenance programs.
Operations Supervisor
Joan Khoury
Beginning with SDMyers as the Training & Education Coordinator, Joan has been with GPH organizations for over 12 years. As Operations Supervisor, Joan is responsible for business flow and day-to-day operations for the Electric Training and AssetPro Divisions of PowerPro 360. She also oversees the areas of permitting, reporting, and contractor management.
Senior Training Advisor
Trisha Willig
Trisha began as the Administrative Assistant for the Electric Power IQ Group for two years and advanced to the Senior Training Advisor position now at PowerPro 360. She completed her Associate Degree in Applied Business at Stark State and Dimensions of Professional Sales Training with Carew International. Trish enjoys helping others develop their learning paths to maintain reliable transformer and power systems.
Senior Account Executive
Des Morrissey
Des has recently joined PowerPro360, having previously worked for SDMyers in Business Development in the Southeast. He has been involved with transformer testing, maintenance, service, and reliability for 15 years. Des has served in various sales, marketing, and operations management roles during that time, and is now responsible for accounts and helping clients with their power system maintenance programs.
