When do I get access to the courses I purchased?

The usual turnaround time for receiving access to your online course content is 4 hours, but it may take up to 2 business days to process.

How do I access my online course?

After purchasing an online course, you will receive an email from our team with a link to access the course you purchased. If you do not already have an account on our platform, our team will create one for you within our learning management system (LMS). Login credentials will be included in the confirmation email you receive from our team. You can login to your online account on our LMS at courses.powerpro360.com.

What course formats are available through PowerPro 360?

PowerPro360 offers training courses available in the following formats:

  • Online (taken from anywhere, at any time, at your convenience)
  • Live online (taken from anywhere with live instructors online)
  • In-person (on location)
Do I receive learning credits for the courses I take with PowerPro 360?

Upon completion, specific courses earn you industry credential opportunities (CEUs, PDHs, or NETA CTDs). Learning credit values are displayed on course listings and in the course catalog.

Does PowerPro 360 offer group training packages?
