As the General Manager of PowerPro360, Jon leads a talented team of individuals in helping organizations maximize electric power system reliability.

Chuck Baker
Chuck produces technical material and presentations to help people and companies maximize electric power system reliability. He entered the world of substation and power system maintenance more than 40 years ago and has spent most of his career on the operations side of power and distribution system maintenance and developing power system maintenance programs.
Senior Training Instructor
Aris Peña, CRL
Beginning his career as an International Business Development Representative, Aris has over 18 years of experience with power transformers. In addition to instructing, he plays an integral part in the technical development and design of all PowerPro360 training curricula. He is an active member of IEEE, ASTM, CIGRE, SMRP, and the Association of Asset Management Professionals and is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).

Michael has a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Washington University in Washington DC and a master’s in education from Kent State. Michael is a new addition to the PowerPro360 team as of June 2026. Michael was previously a teacher, so he enjoys being able to teach about transformers to other professionals in the industry.
