Transformer Management 3 (TM3) is the final course in the Transformer Management Series and is the summation of the technical training process. The course examines the lifecycle of the transformer, including new equipment purchasing specifications, disposal of old transformers, transportation, installation and start-up, and reliability management. This course is for the person who is the lead or manager of transformers and substations.
