Transformer Management 3 (TM3) is the final course in the Transformer Management Series and is the summation of the technical training process. The course examines the lifecycle of the transformer, including new equipment purchasing specifications, disposal of old transformers, transportation, installation and start-up, and reliability management. This course is for the person who is the lead or manager of transformers and substations.

Aris Peña, CRL

Aris Peña is the Program Manager and Lead Instructor with PowerPro360. Beginning his career as an International Business Development Representative, he has over 15 years of experience with power transformers.
